I may add a simple way that I personally using it to improve some of the skills you have mentioned such (Speaking, listening & increasing my vocabulary).



Simply the way is watching a lot of movies trying to concentrate them while they are talking, then I try to pronounce the words and the new vocabularies I hear plus I try to realize the idioms they are using and to compare it with the current action.


Actually it helped me a lot and I can say it is a very helpful way and funny in the same time.

Plus watching English news from time to time specially England News like "BBC" that their way talking is more understandable than the American one
